Spring Semester Update

Semester two of my freshman year has just begun. Honestly, I can't believe I've made it this far. It's been a lot of work and will only get harder, but I've really enjoyed it so far.

Now, you're all here for the writing I imagine, so...I haven't progressed much since the last update. There's just not enough time. However, on the train I was able to write a new short story. It's loosely based on the Japanese Shinto religion and features a a human, a kitsune, a demon, and Amaterasu the sun goddess herself...in an unexplained wolf form. I think it's a little rushed and there are some parts I've been thinking about changing, so I may update it in the future, but we'll see.



Also, bit of an update on the site itself. There was been an annoying glitch where if you're on the blog through the site and click on one of the other site tabs it can't scroll all the way to the bottom. This cuts off the footer on most pages and sometimes bits of text. To fix this, I've connected the blog to a subdomain on my website, so you'll find, if you still use the blogger URL, that it redirects you to blog.whispwriting.net. Also, you will find that the blog button on the main website directs to there now as well. By the time you can see this the blog page likely will not have shown anything. the DNS servers had to update before the blog itself could display.
